Our journey begins with a commitment-free call to discuss your recruitment needs and our specialized services for sourcing top Latin talent. Prefer to skip the meeting? Simply fill out a brief form, and we’ll send you the contract, key questions, and the first invoice to kick off the search.

Next, we’ll send you a service agreement that outlines the terms, an initiation fee, and the requirements for the job search.

Our team will search and screen candidates that meet your requirements, typically presenting 3 to 6 qualified candidates within 5 to 8 business days.

Your company will interview the shortlisted candidates for compatibility. If a suitable match isn’t found, we’ll refine our search based on your feedback and continue until we identify the right candidate.

20% of the total placement fee will be due on the new employee’s first day of work. The remaining balance will be due after 90 days of employment. If the placement is unsuccessful during this period, you can either forgo the remaining balance or request a replacement search at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction.

How long does the recruitment process take?
Once we have everything needed to start the search, our team will take approximately 5–8 business days to identify and present 3–6 thoroughly vetted candidates. At that point, you may choose to proceed with one or more of these candidates, or request an additional search round, which we’ll refine based on your feedback.
For roles with highly specific qualifications or if you're filling multiple positions, the initial search may extend beyond 8 business days.
Do you offer any guarantees for your placements?
At our company, we prioritize fair and transparent partnerships. Our payment structure is designed with your satisfaction in mind.
- Initiation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $250 is due upon signing the contract to initiate the search.
- Second Installment: 20% of the total fee is due on the candidate’s first day of employment.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 90 days after the candidate’s start date, contingent upon their continued employment with your company.
If the placement is unsuccessful by the final payment date, you have two options: either forgo the remaining balance or opt for a replacement search at no additional cost.
