PART-TIME OR SHORT-TERM

Part-time workers or workers in an engagement shorter than three months.

INSTALLMENTS

Initiation Fee: $250, due upon signing the contract, to start the search

Remaining Balance: $2,250, payable 15 days after the worker’s start date*

FULL-TIME AND LONG-TERM

For contract or full-time employees, committed to three-months or longer.

Second installment: 20% of the total fee, due on the employee’s first day

Starting at $6,000 per month for three open positions at a time. The retainer plan has a minimum commitment of six months.

*Satisfaction Guarantee: The remaining balance is contingent upon the candidate’s continued employment with the company on the payment due date. If the placement is unsuccessful by this date, the client has two options: they may either forgo the remaining balance or opt for a replacement search at no additional cost.

Our journey begins with a friendly, commitment-free call where we discuss your recruitment needs and introduce our specialized services in top Latin talent. This initial conversation helps us understand your goals and explore how we can support them. Prefer to skip the meeting? You can simply fill out a brief form instead, and we’ll promptly send you the contract, a few key questions, and the first invoice to start the search.

Once we’re aligned, and the agreement is in place, we get to work. Drawing on our extensive network, we meticulously screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews to present the best candidates for your requirements. When you’ve made your choice, we’re there to assist with offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for your new team member.

No, we're not an exclusive recruitment agency. You're welcome to work with other agencies simultaneously.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Once we have everything needed to start the search, our team will take approximately 5–8 business days to identify and present 3–6 thoroughly vetted candidates. At that point, you may choose to proceed with one or more of these candidates, or request an additional search round, which we’ll refine based on your feedback.

For roles with highly specific qualifications or if you're filling multiple positions, the initial search may extend beyond 8 business days.

Do you offer any guarantees for your placements?

At our company, we prioritize fair and transparent partnerships. Our payment structure is designed with your satisfaction in mind.

  • Initiation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $250 is due upon signing the contract to initiate the search.
  • Second Installment: 20% of the total fee is due on the candidate’s first day of employment.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 90 days after the candidate’s start date, contingent upon their continued employment with your company.

If the placement is unsuccessful by the final payment date, you have two options: either forgo the remaining balance or opt for a replacement search at no additional cost.
